Kirsten Long has a BSc degree, HED diploma and a 1 year coaching qualification. She has also qualified as an NLP Master Practitioner and Coach. She has done numerous personal development courses like Harlequin, Chalice, The Heroic Journey and many more. Kirsten has 10 years’ experience in the IT industry as well as 10 years teaching matrics at private schools. She has worked full time as a coach since the beginning of 2006. Kirsten has over 1500 hours of coaching under her belt. She brings to coaching much life experience and a passion for personal excellence and learning. Her work with teenagers and business people in different roles has given her an in-depth understanding of relationships and other challenges that life offers. Her purpose in life is to help people move forwards. Kirsten has been married for 26 years and has three grown children. Her calm and warm disposition creates a wonderful space for the inner reflection that coaching requires.
